Totally agree with jrazz: Fantome would make a *great* addition to this line-up. Two others to consider – if you can find them – are the saisons from both Silly and Brasserie a Vapeur.

One of my absolute favorite styles for the summer – let’s see if the heatwave’s still going strong then!

you should take a look for a beer called Fantome, I just recently picked it up at a local beer store, it’s from belgium and is saison style, I really enjoyed it

Hi Dave,

I will see what I can do here, but my initial thought is that it might be hard for a couple reasons:

#1) Sometimes I don’t go shopping for beer until the day of the event or the day before so I won’t be able to give any advance notice of what we’ll be drinking. That said, I’m particularly organized this time with the 3 weeks in advance invitation and the list of potential choices, so I’ll do my best.

#2) The conversations can become noisy and decentralized, hard to transmit coherently over a speakerphone, which I don’t even have to begin with.

I’ll think about this and do my best.

You should start up your own Colorado group!

How about including those on the internet who’d like to join in virtually? Those of us who can’t be there in person could buy some of the same beers and share our thoughts with those of you there via a social network like Aleuminati or Twitter. Let us know what you will be serving and see if some of us can join in the fun remotely.
